Overnight there were break-ins at two of our rural Golf Clubs in South Cambridgshire. Bourn and The Gog Magog Golf Clubs were broken into, tools and gardening equipment were stolen.

We are increasing focused over night patrols to target other clubs, and premises that keep gardening equipment on their premises as part of operation mallet.

If you are travelling through the district in the hours of darkness please be extra vigilant, and keep an eye out for vehicles or suspicious looking activity around buildings or sites that may have this kind of equipment.
